blessed to have found the real estate profession! I am dedicated to assisting folks in their real estate needs. I often tell clients... "You can call me anytime, 7 days a week. I am up at 5:00 a.m and go to bed about 10:00 pm. So please do not hesitate to call me". I understand that if someone has a question or a concern, they would like answers ASAP.
I am prepared with my background in construction (helping clients draw floor plans and having worked directly with a builder... doing such things as a "punch list" which is looking for any defects in a home before closing... Not a lot of real estate agents have this experience.
My knowledge working with various craftsmen... An excellent, inexpensive/ very knowledgeable handyman, A very honest Heat & Air Tech, inexpensive lawn service... PLUS my relationship with at least two lenders... and insurance agents, takes a heavy burden off my clients,
most of whom are moving here from other states.
I do not put any pressure on folks whatsoever! I am one of the most "laid back" guys you'll ever meet. I have worked with clients that were as far away as 4 years before they were ready to retire or move to this area. Through out that time we would communicate via email or an occasional phone call to see how the market was here and at their area as well.
